I’ve had the pleasure of leading development of over 40 websites for clients over the last 10 years – below are those I managed between 1999 and 2002 as managing director of emerge. As lead consultant on these projects my role was to define the brief and specification of the site, lead and co-ordinate the various aspects of those requirements, and then lead and manage the creative and development teams to deliver a solution within the agreed budget.
